1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment details when you subscribe), information generated by your use of the platform (course progress, trade scores, AI analyser submissions), and standard device/log data when you visit Investonaire.com.

2. How we use your information

To operate the platform, personalise course recommendations and AI feedback, process payments, send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications, prevent fraud, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion to satisfy legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

4. Third parties and sub-processors

We share data with vetted sub-processors (Supabase for auth and storage, Stripe and local PSPs for payments, Anthropic for AI inference, Postmark for transactional email, Vercel for hosting). A full list is available on request.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@investonaire.com to exercise these rights.

6. Children

Investonaire is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification and email at least 14 days before they take effect.
