1. The 30-day money-back guarantee
Every new paid plan (Pro, VIP, or Elite) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid charge. If Investonaire isn't right for you, we'll refund your first month — no hard feelings.
2. Eligibility
The guarantee covers your FIRST paid month only. You're eligible if (a) the refund is requested within 30 days of the first charge, (b) this is your first paid subscription on the account, and (c) the account is in good standing (no terms-of-service violations, no chargebacks). One refund per customer.
3. What is not covered
Renewal charges after the first month, upgrades between paid tiers (downgrade instead), tax/VAT collected on behalf of governments, one-off store purchases (signal packs, mentorship sessions), and gift subscriptions — these are non-refundable. See Settings → Subscription to cancel before the next renewal.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@investonaire.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund request". Include your order ID and (optionally) what didn't work for you — feedback helps us improve. We acknowledge requests within 1 business day.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Card refunds may take longer to appear depending on your bank. For local PSPs (Paystack, Flutterwave, M-Pesa) the timing follows the provider's policy, which we'll explain when we confirm your refund.
6. Cancellations vs. refunds
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current period — you'll keep access until the end of the billing cycle. To get money back instead of just stopping renewal, submit a refund request as described above.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We resolve almost every issue within a few days. Filing a chargeback may suspend your account pending the bank's decision.
