1. Definitions

"Investonaire", "we", "us" refers to WeAreLoud FZ-LLC operating the Investonaire platform. "You" means the individual accessing the service. "Content" covers all courses, videos, charts, AI outputs, and other material delivered through the platform.

2. Use license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial education. This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not republish or resell our Content, scrape the platform, reverse-engineer the trading game or AI features, share your account credentials, or use the service in violation of any applicable law.

4. Educational disclaimer — NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Investonaire provides educational content only. Nothing on the platform is investment advice or a solicitation to trade. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profit or loss.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investonaire's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Investonaire harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your trading activity.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where local consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail to the extent required.

8. Disputes

Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai under the DIAC rules, except where applicable law permits you to bring a claim in your local courts.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, fraud, or abusive behaviour. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (5, 6, 7, 8) will continue to apply.
